3. This type drills must ensure sufficient pressure of the internal cooling water during use, if possible pls add external water spray. The cooling water’s pressure determines the cooling effect when the diamond segment drill the glass at high speed and whether the chip removal smoothly, which will directly affect the service life and sharpness of the drill bit. Correct use of this drill bit: each bit can drill glass depth of 50m-70m, 10mm glass can drill more than 15000 holes;
4. This drill is self-sharpen. Please do not feed more than 1.5mm per second in the first 100 holes in use. After 100 holes, it can be gradually accelerated. In order to achieve the best effect in the use of the drill bit, Please use it correctly, thank you for your cooperation!
